Christmas Postage Dates / Returns 2024
Our warehouse will be closed from 25/12/2024 until 05/01/2025 for the festive period.
All orders placed over this period will be posted from 06/01/2025.
Our returns period has been extended until 10/01/2025 for any orders that may have been placed from 01/11/2024.

How do I return my order?
We really hope you won’t need to return or exchange your item but if you do, we promise to deal with all returns and exchanges quickly.

Please include your original packing slip so we can locate your order.
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your item within 14 days from the date you received it. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days.
All items must be returned with a valid packing slip.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sleeve packaging and, if a pure cashmere, the official Chyangra Pashmina Certified Label must also be included.
If you have changed your mind about your item, your shipping costs will not be refunded. We take great care in checking items before they are sent out but will refund second class postage on any faulty items.
